Sashimi Tacos Summer Dojo Menu

Kimchee Ramen

Dojo’s award winning ramen with a side of kimchee and a slightly spicier broth

Dojo Clams

manilla clams cooked in mirin, sake, and butter, served on a bed of noodles and finished with green onions and Japanese 7-spice

Ten-Zaru Soba

cold japanese buckwheat noodles topped with shrimp and vegetable tempura, served with a side of chilled dashi for dipping

*Sashimi Tacos

three corn tortillas topped with cabbage, albacore, apple chimichurri, and pickled vegetables, (jalapeno, carrot, radish) then finish with a jalapeno dressing and black lava sea salt

Dojo Bahn Mi

curry marinated chicken served inside a croissant with spicy mayo, cilantro, cucumber, avocado, and pickled vegetables

*Ichigo Maki

shrimp tempura, avocado, cilantro, topped with albacore, strawberries, eel sauce and ponzu

*Baja Roll

wasabi tempura albacore, avocado, papaya salad, cilantro, rolled with blue corn tortilla chips then finished with a jalapeno dressing
