Wintertiiime and the living is easy….

The air is chilly and it’s already November (how did that happen?). But the good news is our new Winter menu is kicking off! Awesome? Yes.

Here is it (drum roll, please):
FUJI SHORT RIBS 13
beef short ribs in a japanese fuji apple
marinade, served with wasabi mashed
potatoes, garnished with snap peas

*KNUCKLECRACKER ROLL 10
hamachi, avocado, tempura asparagus
cucumber, fresh wasabi, crushed
sesame seeds

* UMI THAI ROLL 10
umi masu, thai basil, roasted
asparagus, cucumber, lemon zest,
rolled in black sesame seeds, topped
with wasabi tobiko

*TANABATA ROLL 9
tuna, crab, avocado, cucumber, fresh
lemon, rolled in tobiko, served with
ponzu

CHICKEN COCONUT CURRY 10
grilled chicken breast on a bed of fried
rice served with dojo’s homemade
coconut curry sauce

SALMON COCONUT CURRY 11.5
same as the chicken coconut curry but
substitute a beautifully grilled salmon
breast

DOJO RIBS BENTO BOX 12
dojo’s chocolate, jalapeno ribs served
with vegetable tempura, miso soup,
ginger salad, and rice (lunch only)
